As a CLIMAS Graduate Fellow, I created a short soils video that highlights the role of soils in climate change research using an energetic, first person perspective that documents my work as a soil scientist in southern Arizona.

This project was funded through an outreach fellowship from CLIMAS (Climate Assessment for the Southwest). This video was also made possible through several programs at The University of Arizona including the Biosphere 2 Carson Scholars, the Flandrau Science Center, the Catalina Critical Zone Observatory (CZO), the Department of Soil and Water Science, and the School of Natural Resources and the Environment.

Check out this article for more information on the project.
